Johnny Puff and his puffin friends work for a cunning walrus Otto and go on various adventures.
The Puffins engage in a series of games of hockey, two against two; Tic constantly gets distracted and always makes his partner lose; someone has to find a way to turn the tables.
Otto tries in every way to make the four Puffins fall into a trap using some beautiful red balloons as bait; but the Puffins don't make it easy for him and try to stop his plan at every turn.
