Conflict rarely resolves itself – in fact, conflict will usually escalate if not dealt with proactively. It is not at all uncommon to see a trivial situation snowball into a monumental problem if not resolved early on. So how can we improve our ability to resolve conflict in daily life at work and home? In this session Alister will share some practical mindfulness tools that can help us refocus our attention from the conflict itself to a focus on finding solutions.
